Concept Creation
We gather information by analysing the business, location, sales and ambition. Together with the client we develop a concept for the bar segment or the whole establishment. We bring the expertise on what works and what is trending on the market, to ensure your bar theme is innovative and bulletproof.
Bar Design & Setup
A great bar is a functional bar. We look at the geometri and available space, then design a bar workspace tailored for your needs and expectations. It can either be an update / reorganisation of your current bar setup or a completely new bar built from scratch.
Staff Training
With our experience we can hone the skills and efficiency of each team member, be a better teamplayer and rais motivation. We do trainings in everything from technical skills behind the bar, spirits and cocktail knowledge, innovative and creative flavour creation all the way to basic movement, service and structure.
